About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Goldrum Gaming ("we", "us") about Goldrum Gaming ("the arcade"): a private, invitation-only social arcade where members play casino-style games with play money. By creating an account or using the arcade you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the arcade.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or older.
• The arcade is by invitation only. You can ask to join at goldrumgaming.com; we decide who becomes a member and may say no without giving a reason.
• The arcade is open only in the countries we choose. We check where you connect from, and members may be asked to approve new networks. Do not use a VPN, proxy or anything else to get around these rules.
• One account per person. The email you sign in with must be yours.

Play money only

Everything in the arcade is played with play money. Play-money credits have no value: they are not money or money's worth and do not belong to you.

• There is nothing to buy: no credits, items or upgrades are sold, here or anywhere else.
• There are no prizes. Nothing you win in the arcade is paid out or given to you in any form.
• Credits cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred, traded or exchanged for anything.
• The arcade is not gambling and offers no real-money gambling. Winning here does not mean you would win at real-money gambling.

We may grant, top up, limit or reset play-money balances at any time.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code that Cloudflare emails you. Keep your email account secure: whoever can read it can sign in as you.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Choose a name that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else.

How to behave

When you use the arcade, do not:

• break the law, or help anyone else to;
• harass, threaten or insult other members, or send offensive feedback;
• cheat: use bots, scripts or automated play, or take advantage of a bug (tell us about it instead);
• try to get into another member's account, the console or any part of the service you were not given;
• disrupt, overload or attack the service, or try to copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows;
• share your access with anyone, or use the arcade for any business purpose.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove your account at any time, with or without notice: for example if you break these terms, if the country rules change, or if we close the arcade. You can delete your account yourself at any time on your Account page. What happens to your data then is in the Privacy Policy.

The service as it is

The arcade is free and is provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise or warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any game or feature will stay the same. We may change, add or remove games and features, or close the arcade, at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Goldrum Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of play-money credits, data, time or enjoyment, arising from your use of the arcade. Because the arcade is free and uses play money only, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Each version has a number and a date at the top of the page. When the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy change, you are asked to accept the new version on your next visit before you play. If you do not accept it, stop using the arcade; you can delete your account.
